Key Deliverables

Microsoft NAV Integration

A comprehensive bidirectional integration, including transfer of customers, products, invoices, orders, pre-orders, backorders and credit account details.

24/7 Self Serve

We ran a beta test with the client and some of their key customers making sure the new design was fully optimized for the customers to self serve end to end. Orders can even be uploaded through a spreadsheet. This makes it easy for businesses to import orders from their existing systems.

Ordering System

We implemented a custom designed ordering system that through extensive user testing proved easy to use and automatically creates backorders for out-of-stock items.

Personalised Customer Reports

Personalized reporting and trends help users make purchasing decisions. Users can see what products are trending, what products they have previously purchased, and what products other users have purchased. This information can help users make informed decisions about their purchases.

After a lot of hard work, planning, and collaboration across departments at Ellison, along with ecommerce developers Jamie Saunders and the team at C3, it's fantastic to have seen such a wide customer base using the platform successfully since it's launch 3 years ago. It's been a great achievement leading on this project for Ellison and seeing the rewards and feedback from customers. Thank you to everybody who supported on this project!
